ASA Authentication With Microsoft LDAP (Active Directory)

We have problem authentication SSL VPN from ASA to Microsoft LDAP. If usename under this OU then it can authentication. But if I add usename in other OU to Group and Group under this OU then it cannot authentication. It show message 'user is not found'

please recommend to me.
