ASA-AWS AWS AMI no valid instance types in us-gov-east

I want to launch an instance from the AWS marketplace AMI "Cisco Adaptive Security Virtual Appliance (ASAv) - Standard Package" in the us-gov-east region. When it comes time to select an instance type, it states "No valid instance types found". I would like to select the vendor-recommended c5.xlarge, but m4.xlarge is also sufficient. Note, instance types are available in us-gov-west, but I need this instance in East. I am selecting this particular AMI because I do not have a license and want to pay-as-I-go with regards to the Cisco license.

Although this article explains why certain instance types with Graviton processors are not available when launching an instance, it does not explain why NO instances are available.

The AWS marketplace team has confirmed that there is an issue with the AMI itself. The reason that this is happening is because their AMI does not have ENA enabled and their recommended instance type requires ENA support. A seller can list whichever instance type they'd like as the recommended instance type as long as they've also listed it as an allowed instance type. We do have safeguards during our testing and publishing processes to catch this type of issue; however, for whatever reason it looks like those were missed in this case. The marketplace team is reaching out to Cisco to work with them to resolve this issue.
