ASA version 8.4.2 non-responsive

Has anyone experienced a non-responsive issue with their ASA version 8.4.2 code?  I loaded this code on my beta ASA last week and have seen it "hang" twice since the upgrade.  The previous versions of 8.3 and 8.4 code on this same ASA did not have this issue.

can you please explain what do you mean by ASA hang ? are you unable to access it ? do you see any error or log message s?

i have seen many ASAs with 8.4.2 code working with no problems , so we need to check what exactly the issue in this case !

Hi Mohammad,

I was unable to SSH or ASDM to the ASA.  At that same time, my remote VPN users could not connect via AnyConnect and clientless (browser based).  I could not get console access so I asked one of my co-workers located in a remote bldg to power reset the ASA.  If this issue reoccurs, I will access the console to try and gather more information.
