Can i make site to site VPN between various types of models of the ASA such as 5505 VPN tunnel with 5506 ?

Yes. IPsec site-site VPN is supported and interoperable on all models of ASA hardware. It does not require any additional license.
The 5505 is constrained regarding the number of unique users (IP addresses) communicating through it.
