Authentication failed due to problem retrieving the single sign-on cookie

Hello,

I have 02 Cisco FPR2120 ASA and configured as VPN Gateway with Active/Standby mode.

I also configured VPN with Microsoft Factor Authenticator(MFA) in Primary Device --> it will automatic sync to Secondary device.

during test VPN login by Cisco Anyconnect --> I got error "Authentication failed due to problem retrieving the single sign-on cookie". but when I switch Secondary changed to Active(Primary became to Standby) --> I can login VPN normal, nothing happen.

I don't know what is the reason for this case, Could you please help to give me your idea?
