Authentication VPN

Dear,

How do I include @ dominio.com when the user authenticate to the VPN.
When the user enters <login>, the ASA complete with <login> @ dominio.com

Can anyone help me?

The ASA cannot modify the username presented by the client.

Depending on your authentication server (AD, LDAP, ISE as a proxy etc.) you may be able to accommodate the request there.
