Can't access internal resources

The users were able to login to VPN client successfully.   However, none of the users could access any internal resources. For example, the users are unable to Remote Control to the server.  They are unable to ping to any internal servers or map a drive to the servers.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.  Attached is the config.  Thanks.

Federico,

The 192.168.100.254 is the inside interface of the ASA.  There is no router between the ASA and internal servers. The inside interface of the ASA and internal servers are connected to the switch.   I used to be able to ping to it before.  Now, that I can't.  I guess it is not important.

Thanks.

Sorry, you're right.

Are you sure you enter this command:

management-access inside

Federico.

Thanks Federico.  You are right.  I missed that statement management-access inside.  Sorry it was my error!!!  How did you know so much???  Thanks for making me happy

I'm just really learning all I can just like you ;-)

Thank you very much for your rates and have a nice weekend!

Federico.

You deserve the best, Federico.  I am grateful that you took time to help me out and explain things in non-technical terms.  I was stumped on this problem for 3 days.  Enjoy your weekend, too.

Thanks.
