The users were able to login to VPN client successfully. However, none of the users could access any internal resources. For example, the users are unable to Remote Control to the server. They are unable to ping to any internal servers or map a drive to the servers.

The 192.168.100.254 is the inside interface of the ASA. There is no router between the ASA and internal servers. The inside interface of the ASA and internal servers are connected to the switch. I used to be able to ping to it before. Now, that I can't. I guess it is not important.

management-access inside
