Can't Change VPN address in Mac Client. Domain Resolution Error

I’m on a Mac OS (10.13.6 High Sierra) and downloaded Cisco AnyConnect (4.8.00175) from our University. It works great. But while I work on the campus, my office needs a different connecting address. AnyConnect dowloaded from the U. came aimed at one address (VPN.statename.edu) my office needs VPN.statename.org. When I manually try to change the address in AnyConnect I get the error message “The VPN connection failed due to an unsuccessful domain name resolution.” I used the uninstall app. to remove it from my Mac and had our office IT download another client directly from Cisco. This “clean” version somehow came up with the same address (VPN.statename.edu) that won’t connect to our building. Where is the application grabbing this address from? I’ve even deleted the folder (/opt/cisco/anyconnect/profile/) reading that this will blank out the built in VPN address, but it doesn’t. I don’t think there is a Mac version of the profile editor (ASDM?) so I’m out of ideas.
