I can't get fhe wizard to pop up for the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client. All I get is the little pop up box that has "Connect to:" with an empty drop down menu. What should I do? Some say to reimage my computer, but before I do that, I want to make sure there are other alternatives.

Please let me know the operating system you are using and the IP address or the FQDN of the ASA you are connecting to.
What is the version of the ASA you are using.
Basically you are missing a profile.
On the basis of information you will provide i will send you the configuration profile. Try to add it and it should show you the IP or the FQDN in the connect to space.

Thank you for your reply. You sparked an idea. I am going to use one of our IP addressed to get me connected until my Help Desk can respond back to me.
