I'd appreciate any helpful information here.
I'm using AnyConnect version 4.10.01075 on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS.
I connect to a VPN, which happens to have 2FA. Go through the two factor, connect, I can reach all my network resources... ping, ssh, all good.
Then like 30 seconds of inactivity and I am still connected to the VPN, but can no longer reach any resources. Doesn't matter if it's a hostname or an IP. If I was ssh'd to a server, it's frozen. ping can't find host or IP.
IF, however, after connecting to the VPN I immediately start a ping running in a terminal window to one of the resources and just keep it running, I maintain connectivity. So it certainly seems like an inactivity timeout of some sort, albeit a really, really short one.
