Cannot browse remote network by computer name

I have a site-to-site VPN set up using PIX 501 and an ASA 5505.  On the PIX side I would like to be able to browse the computers on the ASA side by computer name.  Right now I am able to browse by IP address of the computer.  Is there a setting on the PIX that I need to enable?  On the ASA side the computers belong to a Windows domain, but on the PIX side the computer are part of a workgroup.

From the PIX side you're able to browse with IP computers on the ASA side.

If you manually set the DNS of the computers on the local LAN of the PIX to be the same DNS the local LAN of the ASA, can you PING the computers by name?

In other words, set the DNS of the PIX side to be the DNS used by the ASA internal LAN.
