I want to connect to my school's VPN, but every time after I login, I encountered following errors:
The VPN client encountered an error. Please restart your computer or device, then try again.

AnyConnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway. Please try connecting again.

They have already done this for me, but said that this is my personal computer and can't do much on this : (

Please try to disable IPv6 on AnyConnect virtual network card and see if that helps.

I saw the similar reply before, and I followed the steps. However, when I open 'change adapter setting', I can't find AnyConnect virtual network adapter.
