Cannot login through aux port with no_aaa authentication

I have a dialback modem connected to the aux port of a 3745. I dial from a remote location, modem accepts my password and dials back. I pick up the call on my laptop and I get dropped to the username prompt on the router. It does not like my username or password when I hit enter. I then get disconnected. I have aaa turned on globally on the router, but on the aux port have stated 'login authentication no_aaa'

Please configure the following command on your router:

aaa authentication login no_aaa local

=======

This is a method list with the name "no_aaa" which asks the router to authenticate via local database (which is ur router) and Login authentication no_aaa, tells the aux port to authenticate via the method list "no_aaa" which is pointing towards the local database of the router.
