Hi guys,
we appear to have an issue where if a VPDN client gets inadvertedly disconnected for whatever reason they dont seem to be able to reconnect!
We are running vpdn on a pix 6.2 firewall. Clients are running anything from Windows 9x through to Windows 2k. users are specifying the domain also
the user's cfg line looks something like ...
vpdn username wickliffe\dcssmp password xxxxx

Hi,
Can you reconnect in like almost 2 mins time again?
Does shortening the echo-timeout help, ie:
vpdn
Echo is keepalive for a PPTP session.
Try doing a "show vpnd session" to see, if pix is holding that session, while the pptp client is actually disconnected.
Let us know.
Thanks,
Afaq

vpdn group 1 pptp echo 60
