Cannot reinstall AnyConnect Mobility in MacOS Big Sur after uninstall

I used AnyConnect for a while but it failed to login yesterday with error "AnyConnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway. Please try connecting again". After try many times, I guessed maybe it was from the application and then I uninstalled it to reinstall.

The installation failed from Any connect 4.6, 4.8, and 4.10.

MacOS is Big Sur 11.6.4 (20G417).

Hi @sjiang2,

I'm not a Mac user, but you can't use 4.6 and 4.8 on Big Sur, as AnyConnect started supporting it v4.9.04043 and later.

I would try with latest v4.10.

Thanks for the reply. I tried 4.10 but it failed with the same reason. I don’t have 4.9.
