The Cisco AnyConnect mobility client always show "The Service is not available. Exiting". When start it.

I am using Windows 11.

I tried to start Cisco AnyConnect mobility client service from services.msc componets, but it stop it self soon.It is set as automatically start already.

How can I fix this issue?

1. check if any older versions in anyconnect installed. if so remove it

2. reinstall anyconnect

3.restart the PC and check

4. check system event log to understand the reason for stopping service

I already tried to un-install the Cisco AnyConnect Client, also removed the folder under C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\Cisco and C:\ProgramData\Cisco, restarted computer and re-install.

The issue still persists.
