Cisco 1811 - VPN Client - SSL / IPSec ? How To?

Hi,

I have a Cisco 1811 connected to the Internet and I'd like to establish VPN client connctions from outside. I'm looking for rookie step by step documentation on how to do that. I'd prefer to use ShrewSoft VPN client but the Cisco client is an option too. Also, later I need to establish Site-To-Site VPN between 1811 routers.

Please, if you know any documentation or guide available drop me a line.
