cisco 837 adsl connection with rfc 1483 and tunnel ipsec

Hi everyone,

One month ago i setup a 837 cisco router to connect to an adsl.

after that, i set up an ipsec tunnel with a cisco 1700 router.

Now when the tunnel is established it works for some secods then the interface ATM0.1 goes down and i have to reset the router and everything is ok.

Someone can help me to understand why this happens?

It seems that the tunnel do something and the interface goes down

Does it show any error message when this happens ?

how can i check the error?

i see only that the interface atm0.1 is down
