CISCO ACS timeout setting while login (Version : 5.7.0.15)

Hi All,

 

I am using 2FA Email token for 2nd authentication (safenet). Sometimes issue comes while token lately send to email. it impacts timeout maximum allowed while challenges fiels pop up waiting for token. I already set the safenet token expired up to 30 minutes. so, need to extend also from ACS side for timeout setting. Can someone advise where I can change this setting to have more waiting time?

The authentication timeout is set on the AnyConnect side.  In your client profile on Preferences (part 2) increase the authentication timeout to 60. and then test.
