Cisco_AnyConnect_4.5.01044 running in Task Manager and not on the screen

I am the Second Level IT Support in my organization supporting a different client. Our clients are currently using Cisco_AnyConnect_4.5.01044 on Windows 10 and seems like new issue appeared. When we launch the Cisco, it is not appearing on the screen but running in Task Manager. Below are the things has been performed :

 

- re-installation of cisco via Control Panel

- re-installation cisco using VBS script since it comes with the installer package

- uninstalled the Cisco using 3rd party installer such as Geek and Revo and installed it using VBS script, Admin CMD for vbs and core-vpn-predeploy-k9.msi

- checked AppData\Local\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client for xml but the folder is empty

- change the vpnui.exe compatibility mode to Windows 7

 

None of this worked actually. But the installation completed successfully as the C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client is completed with all installation files.

 

Any suggestion anyone?
