Cisco AnyConnect and Verizon Fios

I am currently using Cisco anyconnect for work and Have Verizon Fios. The Client loads successfully but I cannot reach any of my company's web site. I have 2 isp's at my home and optimum online works fine. Verizon helped me program port forwarding and even set up a dmz and still no luck. I configured the router for these ports

 

Update 3-20-2020 - When I connect Wirelessly to Verizon Fios VPN Works. This only happens when Wired

Tried Changing MTU numbers from 1500 to 1400 and 1300 - Still Same Result

Anyone else have a similar issue with Verizon Fios.
