Cisco AnyConnect Apex License question

Can someone explain the difference between L-AC-APX-LIC= Cisco AnyConnect Apex Term License, Total Authorized Users
and L-AC-APX-3Y-S2 Cisco AnyConnect Apex License, 3YR, 100-249 Users ? or it is the same license just with the difference of the expiration date?

L-AC-APX-LIC= is a basic licence with 25 users start with.  - this is base

L-AC-PLS-5Y-S2 - is for your addon license for up to 249 users.   5Y means this is 5 years term, 3Y means 3 years.
