We are currently running the cisco anyconnect client on a 64 bit windows 7 Enterprise clients, and I was wondering if it is possible to have the client automatically start before the user logs on, without having them performs the steps listed below.

A couple of sites I have visited have mentioned this is a windows 7 setting, and I was wondering if anyone could provide some input.
