Cisco anyconnect causing disconnect?

Hello!

I have this client who is losing wifi frequently when using cisco anyconnect. We have tried 4 seperate laptops all with the same issue so i been telling her it's her internet and she needs to call her provider. 

Then i checked out this forum to see many with the same issue and that changing the DTLS has fixed it, could someone give me a step by step guide on how to do that? I honestly don't understand much of it

What is the headend? ASA or FTD?

Also did you ask the user to generate a DART bundle at the time of issue? Share it here with the timestamp so that people can look into the logs to see what's happening.
