Cisco Anyconnect client side, Administrator Reset

Greetings

I am using the cisco anyconnect client to access a vpn.
The problem is that every 4 ~ 5 minutes the vpn simply disconnects me with the message:

The secure gateway has terminated the VPN connection. The following message was received from the secure gateway: Administrator Reset.

This happens when I'm using windows 10.

When I tested on MacOS mojave and Linux Ubuntu 2004, it worked perfectly, without crashes.

From that point I started to analyze the windows logs to try to see what is happening.

I identified several VPN errors and alerts, but I did not find a definite solution to the problems.

Cisco anyconnect version 4.9.00086
Operating System: Windows 10 2004

I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE ASA.

Some of the error logs:

is this any connect version installed by your admin or you downloaded ?

one of the suggestion cause of this issue :

Make sure the images that reside in the "Anyconnect Client Software" section of the ASA are the same versions that the clients are running. TAC found that the versions running on my clients weren't in this repository. They stated that this could cause clients to disconnect intermittently.
