Cisco anyconnect disconnects every 2, 7 and 14 minutes.

Hello,

Anyconnect Client: 3.1.07021

 Windows 7

HP Laptop

Zoom Router

 

 

I've been searching all over the net looking for how to correct this problem, My Cisco nyconnect Secure Mobility Client keeps reconnecting to the server at regular intervals.   If I connect to it the first time it will disconnect about every 2-3 minutes,

 

then once I've closed out of Anyconnect and relaunch it, it seems to disconnect and reconnect every 7-8 minutes

 

and so on, if I close out and come back in it will disconnect every 14 minutes,

 

 

for about a week when I first installed it it worked perfectly, there tere a few disconnects but now it seems to happen every few minutes...

 

I've checked my MTU settings and have changed it to 1273

 

I've power cycled my router (ZOOM router), re installed my Anyconnect, and even made a clean profile on my computer to see if that would work but it still reconnects at regular intervals

 

When I look at the windows event viewer I see this when it starts to reconnect:

please send the dart log during the time of the issue.

please mention the timestamp when the issue occurred.

We hare having the same problem... was there a solution for this.

Did this problem ever get resolved? If so, how?

We are now loading AnyConnect Verion 3.1.11004 and it seems to have resolved most of the issues we had.
