Working on a bit on a single user monster here, completed all BAU troubleshooting including a driver/firmware updates, reimage,...issue persists. I spent 2 hours with our server person reviewing logs and the only failures we found was mschapv2 is intermittently failing to complete the 2FA request
The primary error the user is receiving is: Authentication failed
As far as we can tell the initial login is working and where its intermittently failing is when it engages the Entrust soft token 2FA request. It will fail for 2 hours and then boom it just works.
Any help would be appreciated
