Hello everyone ,
After upgrading some iOS devices on iOS 12 we face the below described problem .
The connection profile we have setup on Cisco ASA 5505 (9.1.7 OS) has certificate based authentication ,
Cisco ASA is CA that provides Certificates to Users with OTP .
Ok until know .After upgrading to iOS 12 the user tries to connect he setup vpn server and tires to connect .
He get a certificate erro about server certificate , he trusts the certificate anf then choose the connection profile.
Then there is an option to GET CERTIFICATE .He push the option to get certificate , gives the username and OTP password and get the below error .
"connection attempt failed please try again later" .
We tried t do it a lot of times but all times we get same error .
I want to notice that the same thing is done and on Android Decices .
Please is anyone how knows the problem and any solution .
