Cisco AnyConnect Hostscan issues

Hi,

 

I have recently encountered some issues with my Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client v 4.4.04030.

 

It was previously working fine and I was able to connect to the VPN as per normal. However, recently, I have had the issue with it being stuck in HostScan.

It will be constantly looping for hostscan and then eventually turn to 'Ready To Connect'.

I have tried reinstalling multiple times and clearing off every item left behind by Cisco. 

 

Things to note:

i)I was given a v3.1.xx file to install.

ii)It will automatically update to v4.4.xx.

iii)I will be able to use the VPN until the next disconnection.

 

This is quite frustrating, hopefully, someone can help!
