Cisco anyconnect issue "VPN Server internal error" when trying to connect

Hi all,

 

My company using cisco ASA  fw and cisco anyconnect to access VPN.

We using profile.xml to connect VietNam and Singaprore

have about ~ 5/100 Client get an error " VPN Server internal error" when connect to VietNam but still connect success to Singapore and, 95/100 client work normally.

We was try reinstall but issue did not resolve.

Please help me in this case and find the root cause.
