Cisco AnyConnect not working after upgrading to Windows 10?

Hi,

So we have a computer that in the past ran Windows 7 or 8 professional and was configured to connect to our server (type in IP) through Cisco AnyConnect, prompt you for domain login details, then give you access to our drives.

Recently someone has upgraded their computer to Windows 10 and this setup is giving them connection issues. Does Cisco AnyConnect not work with Windows 10?

Whats the best alternative to get him connected back on our server through VPN?

There are several things that you have not told us which might help us figure out your issue. Is the head end for AnyConnect on an ASA or on a router? What version of AnyConnect are you running?
