Cisco AnyConnect prioritize WiFi over Cellular

I use Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client 4.9.05042. My settings for Cellular data in Win 10 are: "Use cellular instead of WiFi - Always" Roaming is set off and Metering off. Also "Let windows keep me connected"-setting does not have any effect in this.

Normally laptop uses Cellular data when it exists, but when I turn VPN on, it stops using Cellular and uses WiFi instead. How can I force AnyConnect to use Cellular without disabling WiFi adapter?

Are you using only the AnyConnect VPN client or do you also have the Network Access Manager (NAM) component installed?

NAM will make you select the network adapter available.

Unfortunately I have only AnyConnect VPN Client.
