Cisco Anyconnect's unable to find file error

Hi everyone, 

My computer and laptop are encountering an error as below photo (vpncommon.dll)

I have uninstalled and reinstalled AnyConnect so many times, but still displayed this error when my windows 10 start even though I run virus scanner or reset windows

Please support me , I got this problem in a long time

Hi @kiettugia1711,

I would try to reinstall AnyConnect (and also go for latest AnyConnect release) with AV disabled too. Also, try to verify that this file actually exists on your PC (could be something is deleting it right after installation, like AV).

If that doesn't help, you'll need to open a TAC case. AnyConnect is quite user friendly and easy to deploy, so everything beyond simple next-next-finish procedure is not expected.
