Cisco AnyConnect SBL - very slow start on external connection

We have a Cisco AnyConnect working perfectly for all other functions, the only issue is that the machines boots promptly when the PC is connceted to internal network (AD or DC is available), but when it is rebooted on external network, it just stays on Applying policies/scripts/setting networks prompts for atleast 7-8 minutes, befiore bringing that VPN connect box.

Tried downgrading the CAC client, but no improvement..

Any ideas ?

please try it with a fresh pc and no policies assigned. Belive there is something strange in your policies.
