When i try to log into my Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client I get the following error message - Log In Failed.

I think I need to update my password.  Are there any links or help offered on how to do this?

Thanks

Hi Henry,

You need to check where is the authentication being done ?

Is it local to the ASA/router or are we using any authentication server ?

If it's on ASA then just type the command show run username.

Update your password by removing the username command by using the no form of command.

If the authentication is done on the authentication server then you need to edit the settings for the particular user.

Regards,

Aditya

Hello Ganjoo - thanks for the reply.  My company requires that I update my password every 3 months so I think I have to work with them to get instructions on why the Client is not working and if the problem is my password.
