Cisco AnyConnect secure mobility client

Hi guys

I have just implemented MFA in our Cisco AnyConnect VPN environment and it’s working with the AnyConnect client on laptops. But for some reason when I connect using the app on any smartphone it doesn’t show the VPN group from the drop down list. The VPN group is there from the drop down list when using it on laptops just not smartphones. 

We are using ASA iOS version 9.9.2 laptop AnyConnect version is 4.8 and same for smartphones. Can some please advise why it’s not showing on smartphones but on laptops.

Hi,
The connection will only appear in the drop-down list if the AnyConnect profile has been deployed to the device. The profile can be deployed using a managment tool such as SCCM/MDM or upload the profile to the ASA and upon first connection the profile will be downloaded to the client and appear on subsequent logins.
