CISCO AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client

Hi everyone,

I am using an RV340W at work and try to remote from home back to the office. I have discovered an issue is that I can remote my computer at work nicely without any issue. However, I cannot connect to my QNAP NAS to access the folder through VPN network. I could not ping the QNAP NAS and other network devices too.

I have an AD server to control the DHCP, so the RV340W does not have DHCP on.

Can anyone help explain what is the potential reason why I cannot connect and ping to the NAS?

Thank you very much for the help.

Henry

Couple of things to check to resolve :

1. how are you accessing the shared - FQDN or IP address, if FQDN, check the DNS Resolution is that working ?

2. Do you have ACP to reach that shared Drives IP address ?

some other reference :

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Hi BB,

Thank you very much for your reply.

1. I tried to access both FQDN and IP address, still could not access it.

2. I did not set any ACP for reaching the IP address. How can I do that?

P.S. I tried to use ipconfig /all and found out it connected to the VPN network (192.168.4.x) but the default gateway is empty
