Cisco AnyConnect unable connect to the Cisco network please install Cisco IT Password policy and Enterprise Connect

Hello guys
We have o problem: Can't connect to Cisco VPN because of error "AnyConnect Posture this device is unable to connect to the cisco network because it does not Cisco Enterprise Connect and Cisco IT password policy install it password policy before connecting to Cisco network"
When i'm installing Cisco IT password policy its installs without problems, after it when i'm again connecting to vpn i got same error message asking me to install CIsco IT password policy.
On same machine its works on same not. MacOS Highsierra and Mojave. Cisco AnyConnect 4.6.03049
Can somebody help me? What can i do to fix it ?
