Cisco AnyConnect version 3.1.06079 for Windows 7 & 10 & Client XML profile

I have one quick question, and that is in Windows 7, when we install AnyConnect 3.1 it is installed in the following location:

  • C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\Profile  (and in the Profile folder is the client XML file which has a list of server we define that it users can connect to).

However, when I install AnyConnect 3.106079 on Windows 10 it installs the application in

  • C:\Program Files\Cisco (x86)\Cisco \Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client

But there is no Profile folder in the above location. So my question is where do we place the client XML file which is normally in the profile-folder in win-7, so that AnyConnect picks-up all the servers from the drop-down list when fired-up.

Thx

The 'Program Data' folder is hidden by default on Win 10. Once you un-hide the files & folders in 'File Explorer' it becomes visible.

You can then go to C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\Profile   and place the AnyConnect-Client-Profile.XML in the 'Profile' folder

Thx
