When a user attempts to launch the Cisco AnyConnect VPN .exe file on Windows, she is receiving the attached error. Any idea what may be causing this / how to fix?

Hello,
A couple of questions:
1. Do you see the AnyConnect Virtual Adapter under Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections?
2. Did the AnyConnect installed correctly?
3. Are you running several modules or just the AnyConnect Client?
4. What is the Windows version you are running?
5. Is there any security suit installed on the computer or any third party firewall? (Antivirus, Internet Security Suit, ETC)
6. What is the version of AnyConnect you are trying to install?
7. What is the brand of the computer you are installing the AnyConnect Client?
