Cisco AnyConnect VPN issue on Sequoia 15.4.1

Cisco AnyConnect version - 4.10.05095

MacOS - Sequoia 15.4.1

Tried suggestions with enabling AnyConnect Socket Filter - didn't work.

In Settings -> Privacy&Security -> Security is empty.. (There is no options to grant any access to this app) Screenshot 2025-04-29 at 22.18.51.png

As a hard way - reset the OS version, but it didn't work: after erasing MackintoshHD, and installing new OS, by default was installed Sequoia 15.4.1 not the previous which was before updating.

Can you suggest any working solutions? Because this issue really affecting working process.

Could this issue be related to the incompatibilities with Sequoia and AnyConnect versions?
