Hi,

We are facing an issue where we have 2 users logged into a server (by RDP) but not able to start anyconnect for the 2nd user.

The 2nd user receive the message: Cisco anyconnect failed to start. it is already running in another user's session.

Anyconnect is using 4.1.04011

Any suggestion on how to solve this?

Hello pacefunky,

You might want to tweak "Windows Logon Enforcement"  (either Single Local Logon or Single Logon) feature in the anyconnect profile to see if that helps.
