Is it possible to configure an ASA with Anyconnect to require both a username and certificate in order to connect?

You're welcome.
The screenshots in the example are on a Windows client but the governing configuration and associated profile all come from the ASA and can be used with all three flavors of OS with the AnyConnect Secure mobility client VPN module.
