Cisco anyconnect with Yubico authentication

Hello Guys seeking for your help and inputs. We have an issue with anyconnect failing to connect when using yubico token as second factor and we are getting error "The client agent has encountered an error.". We found a solution on below forum which is to disable CCID/smartcard interface but it did not worked. We also checked with Yubico and advised there is no issue on their end. Thank you.

This is an interesting one.  I have a customer using yubikey for authc against ASA via AnyConnect, with extraction of UPN for authz via ISE/AD with no issues.  Not sure if it directly relates to your issue, but have you ensured you have the right drivers etc?
