cisco as5300 problem

Hello everybody!

I have cisco AS5300 access server.I was to use it for dial-up internet customers at a Frame relay edge.After doing evry configuration and connection,I can see uers in the access server and the radius(which is in the ip backbone).Users are authenticated and given SI(session ID) in the Radius.I can ping the next hop router from the access server(even if it is slow).But users cannot browth the internet.What do youn think is the problem?

i tried to access google with its ip address,not with its name.But still I can't browth.i.e.,it deosn't seem to be DNS problem.do u thik this problem may be due to ddf/switching problem?

Up to my knowledge, it is possible to have four types pf problem.

1) You may not configure properly to route the traffic to the internet address.

2) Check your gateway address with the next hop and do the same troubleshooting steps i the next hop if possible.

3) Check the access control list configuration.

4) Check your QoS configuration.
