cisco ASA 5515-X problem to reach LAN subnet on external interface

Hello I have a ASA 5515-X in the following configuration

                                                -------------------

---ext interface---- 10.10.1.1---| ASA 5515-X |-----------172.16.4.1-----int interface-----

                                                -------------------

basically I need once in VPN to connect also to IP addresses on subnet c

the ASA does not allow me to do it. I have same security traffic permit intra interface setting.

How can I force VPN clients to reach 10.10.1.0/24 ?

VPN clients are 172.16.4.20-40  as IP range.

You create a nat exemption between these two interfaces for subnet "C" to vpn-pool range.
