Cisco ASA

Hi all, 

I need ASA that can establish 3-VPN site-to-site tunnels with 20 users for each tunnel. And user-site ( with VPNClients ) for the another site plus. 

I'm looking in to ASA 5500-X Series comparing them and i can see the following for the site - to - site:

Maximum site-to-site and IPsec IKEv1 client VPN user sessions ----- 10/50.

What does it mean 10/50 ? 10 - 50 VPNs with unlimited users ? or 10 VPN sites with 50 users ? And IKEv1 ? what about IKEv2 ?

And is this for VPN Client site ? 

Maximum Cisco AnyConnect IKEv2 remote access VPN or clientless VPN user sessions
