Please advice, if we can setup up and use Site to Site VPN and Cisco Anyconnect Remote access VPN on same Cisco ASAv.Kindly do suggest and guide.

Yes you can setup Site-to-Site VPN and AnyConnect Remote Access VPN on the same ASAv appliance.

FYI, use ASA version 9.10 or newer and AnyConnect 4.7 or newer, these support DTLS 1.2 which provides the best performance.
