Cisco Firepower FMC VPN

Hi

I am using Cisco FMC (7.0.1) and have been asked to create two VPN's to a company's two location.  I have used policy-based VPN and that has worked as expected.  However they asked me to prioritize one of the tunnels over the other and i am having a bit of trouble seeing how to do that on the FMC.   Could anyone advise how i could achieve that?
