Hello.
I've configured SSH server on the router according to the following document:
Configuring Secure Shell on Routers and Switches Running Cisco IOS
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk583/tk617/technologies_tech_note09186a00800949e2.shtml
Result - I'm unable to access to router's vtys using SecureCRT SHH client
Debug 'debug ip ssh' shows the following:
=
Jul 17 14:10:23 MSD: SSH: throttling requests: Please try after some time
=
Searching the web doesn't return anything useful. It seems that this type of error message doesn't exist on the internet.
Any thoughts?

I've fixed the problem by reseting all ssh configuration statements to defaults.
Now everything is ok with these:
ip ssh time-out 120
ip ssh authentication-retries 3
transport input ssh

There maybe to many requests due to the client trying encryption protocols, limit the client to use
AES
3DES
DES
and try again

Hi Andrew,
No more problems since I reset SSH server configuration. But I'll try it anyway to improve SSH connectivity.
Thanks.
